Tony Vieira
Tony Vieira has been a practicing lawyer for over 28 years. As a trial lawyer presenting cases to juries in a variety of types of cases, he has tried more than 400 trials to verdict.
His first law job was as a U.S. Navy JAGC beginning in 1990. He next worked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney and was assigned to the Lyle and Erik Menendez case retrial beginning in 1994. From 2000 to 2003 he worked as a civil trial lawyer in the San Francisco area on cases involving asbestos, tobacco, pharmaceutical, and many other toxic tort type injuries. In 2003 he returned to Southern California where he continued as an “of counsel” trial lawyer working many different types of civil trials. His work has been in both State and Federal court.
He grew up in the Midwest and the Northeast, and has been a resident of California for the last 28 years.
Vieira continues the trial of civil and criminal cases up to the current time. He believes the law is a high and noble calling — that trained, impassioned, and creative lawyers have exceptional power to change society and culture for the better.
