Daniel Macioce
Daniel concentrates his practice on litigating personal injury and wrongful death claims. Prior to joining Berglund & Johnson, Daniel worked as an associate attorney at a boutique consumer protection firm, where he focused on litigating Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act claims (Lemon Law) and fraud claims against automobile manufacturers.
During law school, Daniel was elected to the position of Literary Citation Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. Daniel gained valuable experience working for The Honorable Gregory W. Alarcon in the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.
Daniel and his wife, Faye, reside in the Santa Clarita Valley and have one son, William.
